Invicta Care and training Ltd is a domiciliary care provider which offers person-centred care and support to vulnerable adults in their own homes. Our commitment is to keep people safe and healthy to enable them to live independently and be active participants within their community. Invicta Care Ltd will never compromise on quality and will provide the very best levels of care through a process of robust quality assurance and monitoring, listening and acting on service user feedback and continuous improvement based on learning by experience.

The Aims and Objectives of the Service are:

Invicta Care Ltd aims to provide the highest quality of care to our Service Users, their families or representatives. We deliver individually tailored services to our users in the comfort of their own home environment.

To place the Service User first at all times.

Provide a safe, clean, comfortable and relaxed environment for our service users and staff to live and work

  • To be courteous, polite and empathic in all of our affairs.
  • To safeguard Service Users and staff from harm or abuse.
  • To deliver services which fully reflect the needs, wishes, and preferences of our Service Users.
